I purchased an in-ground dog fence system from Jack. He showed up on time and installed the system around a fairly large area of about three acres of heavily wooded terrain. He explained the operation of the system, troubleshooting and break-in tips for my lab puppy. The system has been a life changing event for me, as I no longer have to worry about where my dog went and if he'll return. The break-in period was easy as the dog got the hang of it quickly. Jack is very professional and extremely helpful and nice. The system was also very affordable. But most importantly it worked as advertised and helps me get a lot more sleep than I did previously!
